Why can't you deliver to my home or local store?

If you're having trouble selecting the delivery option you want at the checkout, it is most likely that one or more of your items are unavailable for that particular delivery method. But don't worry! Simply remove the unavailable items from the basket to proceed through the checkout with the rest of your order.

There are symbols by each toy to let you know where stock is available:

 

 

The item is in stock in our main warehouse, or can be sent out from a store, so we are able to deliver to your home address. Take your order through to the checkout to check whether standard or express delivery is available.

It says home delivery is available so why can't I select express?

 

 

The item is NOT in stock in our main warehouse, or in any of our stores, so we are unable to deliver to your home address. Remove any unavailable items from your basket to get home delivery for the rest of your order. 

 

 

The item is in stock in selected stores, for 30 minute Click and Collect, or can be delivered to a store from our main warehouse.

Use the postcode checker to see Click and Collect options to your local store.

 

 

The item is NOT in stock in any of our stores and cannot be delivered from our main warehouse. Remove any unavailable items from your basket to get Click and Collect for the rest of your order.

  

   

 

Shutl delivery will be available at the checkout if your delivery address is close enough to a store that has your basket in stock
