There is something missing from my order. What do I do?

We're very sorry if we've not packed your order correctly. Sometimes our packers will put smaller items into the same box as a larger item to save on packaging. It's worth looking in all of the boxes.

Occasionally we may have not been able to send something to you if our stock has run out. If this is the case you should have received a phone call or email to let you know what's happening.

Sadly, we may, sometimes, just make a mistake. In any event, please call our customer service team on 0333 320 5100 as soon as you receive your order and let us know if there's something missing.

We will, of course, send it out to you using our express delivery service.
