When I ask you to 'email me' when an item comes back into stock, how can the toy still show as out of stock on the website after I have received your email and want to place an order?

The 'email me' option on the website is a very well used service. If you have asked us about a very popular toy, we have probably emailed many other people at the same time. By the time you have seen your email, the available stock may have already sold out again. Just keep trying!
