I want to return my order, what do I do?

 If your order is unwanted

It's ok to change your mind! We'll accept returns up to 28 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:

  • All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition
  • You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from store, your confirmation e-mail, the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel, a gift receipt or bank statement
  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund)

To return your unwanted item(s):

  1. Download and complete the Returns form and enclose in your parcel
  2. Send to the below address:

 

It is advisable to obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send the parcel. Contact our Customer Service team on 0333 320 5100 if you have not received your refund within 2 weeks.

Entertainer Gift Cards are non-refundable.

If your order is faulty

To return your faulty item(s):

  1. Download and complete the Returns form and enclose in the parcel
  2. Cut off the pre-paid postage label from the Returns form and fix to the outside of your parcel

It is advisable to obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send the parcel. Contact our Customer Service team on 0333 320 5100 if you have not received your refund within 2 weeks.

If your return is large

Please call us on 0333 320 5100 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. For unwanted items there may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items.
