Can you check stock in my local store?

When you visit our website, you will see that if you click on 'View details' next to the toy you want, there is a postcode box. If you add your postcode to this, it will show you if your local store has stock of the toy you want ( Ready in 30 minutes) If the 'Ready in' column states 3 days, this means that your local store doesn't have the toy in stock so you will have to order it to be sent to the store from our main warehouse. This should take around 3 days. Alternatively, our customer service team will be able to give you approximate stock levels for our stores. Call our customer services team on 0844 800 5100.
